The WFLF series vertical pulverizer is one of the most commonly used crushing devices in the organic fertilizer industry. During the crushing process, the equipment’s carbide alloy blades with synchronous speed, which are highly wear-resistant, making it suitable for the crushing of raw materials and recycled materials. It is particularly adept at handling materials with higher moisture content, showing strong adaptability without easily clogging, ensuring smooth discharge. Material is conveyed by a belt to the inlet and enters the machine. Inside the housing, it collides with rapidly rotating alloy blades, then strikes the housing wall. During its downward fall, the material undergoes multiple collisions, transforming into powder or particles sized below 3 mm. The motor drives the spindle to rotate via a V-belt. There are two bearing housings on the spindle, located at the upper and lower ends of the housing, respectively. In between, there are four levels of revolving blades installed. To facilitate the replacement of blades, a hinged door is provided on the housing, allowing for easy disassembly, assembly, and repair.

•The rotor structure is innovative and reasonably designed, employing multiple levels of blades for crushing. Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed port and are continuously ground by multiple levels of blades, fulfilling the granulation requirements;

•A flexible belt transmission is employed, whereby the motor drives the pulley, belt, and directly transmits power to the spindle, enabling it to rotate at high speed to crushing the material.

•The particle size after crushing can reach 8-10 mesh, which meets the processing requirements for organic fertilizer.
