The WFBM series rotary coating machine is driven by the main motor which powers the belts and pulleys. The drive is then transmitted to the driving shaft via a reducer. An open-faced gear mounted on this driving shaft engages with a big gear ring fixed to the machine body, causing them to operate in opposite directions. Material is added from the feed end, mixed inside the drum, and then discharged from the discharge end.

The complete set of coating machine consists of a screw conveyor, mixing tank, oil pump, main unit, etc., used for powder coating or liquid film application techniques. This effectively prevents the caking of compound fertilizers.

The interior of the main unit is lined with polypropylene or acid-resistant stainless steel. By selecting high-quality corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials, the service life of this machine is significantly extended.
