Horizontal twin-shaft paddle mixer

Product overview:

The WFSJ series horizontal twin-shaft paddle mixer is a new generation of mixing equipment developed by our company. It offers high mixing uniformity with minimal residue, making it suitable for the blending of two or more types of fertilizers, additives, and other premixes. Its mixing mechanism adopts a twin-shaft paddle design, allowing the material to be thoroughly mixed, thereby enhancing mixing uniformity. A unique rotor structure is employed to effectively minimize residual material. The special rotor design of the machine can also crush larger materials. The overall structure is more reasonable, aesthetically pleasing, and convenient for operation and maintenance.

Inside the horizontal drum are rotating paddles in opposite directions. These paddles, at a certain angle, circulate and stir the material axially and radially, quickly mixing it evenly. The horizontal mixer is driven by a motor, which transmits power through a belt to the reducer, thus rotating the shaft. The combination of shaft speed and paddle action reduces the effect of gravity on the materials. As gravity becomes less influential, differences in particle size and specific gravity among various materials are essentially negated during the mixing. The intense mixing motion shortens the mixing time per batch, making the process faster and more effective. Even if there are differences in specific gravity and particle size, the crisscross arrangement of the mixing blades produces vigorous tumbling and tossing, leading to excellent mixing results.

•The housing is primarily made from high-quality carbon steel plates and sections, forming a tight weld structure that ensures no dust leakage or spillage occurs;

•The paddle-shaft assembly is a key component of the twin-shaft mixer, consisting mainly of left and right helical paddle shaft, bearing housing, bearing bush, bearing cover, gears, chain wheels, blades, and other parts. The blade design is simple and rational, making it easy to replace when worn out, requiring minimal maintenance and offering a long service life;

•The twin-shaft mixing mode ensures high homogeneity of material mixing.
