Four sets of proportioning scales

Product overview:

The WFPL series of the sets of proportioning scales are suitable for sites with continuous batching requirements, such as fertilizer batching and coke batching operations. These sites demand high continuity in batching, typically not allowing any interruptions during the batching process. There are stringent requirements on the ratios of various materials being mixed. Dynamic batching systems typically incorporate electronic belt scales or nuclear scales as their measuring devices. The main unit usually comes equipped with PID regulation and alarm features, enabling automatic control of each single hopper. The belt/screw feeder conveys the material, which is then weighed on the weighing frame to determine the mass of material on the belt. A digital speed sensor mounted at the tail end continuously measures the feeder’s operating speed; the pulse output of this speed sensor is proportional to the feeder speed. The speed signal, together with the weight signal, is fed into the feeder controller, where the microprocessor processes these signals, generating and displaying the cumulative/instantaneous flow rate. The flow rate is compared with the preset flow rate, and a control instrument outputs a signal to adjust the inverter, thereby addressing the requirement for ration feeding.

•The feed port is furnished with a material flow door to adjust the thickness of material layer;

•At the discharge port, a scraper is installed underneath the belt to remove any residue attached to the belt, thus improving the weighing accuracy;
