The WFDP series of weighing feeder is characterized by reliable operation and quantitative automatic feeding, assistingusersin minimizing material waste and enhancing product quality and the automation of production process. It’s applicable for continuous weighing and batching of powdered/granular organic fertilizers, blended fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and other fertilizers during processing.

Product features:

.•The looped belt design, coupled with a unique integral design, ensures the belt never deviates from its path. The driven drumis equipped with a helical tensioning device;
•The skirted belt prevents material spillage from the sides and avoids material accumulation at the head and tail drums, therebyoptimizing the weighing condition;
•The feed port is furnished with a material flow door to adjust the thickness of material layer;
•At the discharge port, a scraper is installed underneath the belt to remove any residue attached to the belt, thus improving the weighing accuracy;
•Through variable frequency control and varying reducer ratios, the system accommodates different output demands for different materials.
