Product overview:

The WFZG series drum granulator is a kind of forming equipment that employs agglomeration wet granulation process to make materials into spherical shapes. It’s applicable for cold and hot granulation, as well as mass production of high-, medium-, and low-concentration compound fertilizers. The principal operating procedure: by adding a certain amount of water or steam, the material is conditioned within the drum under humid conditions. Under certain humid conditions, the rotational movement of the drum causes inter-particle pressure among the material particles, aggregating them into spheres.

•Excellent sphere strength and visual quality; strong resistance to corrosion and wear; low energy consumption; no emission of the three wastes (waste water, waste gas, and waste residue);

•The equipment lining is furnished with a durable scraper device;

•The drum is divided into sections including a mixing zone, a balling zone, and a rounding zone, which improves the balling efficiency;

•An external spray water device with purified water mist is connected;

•The motor for the granulation drum is a variable frequency motor with adjustable speed;

•The drum is lined with special rubber sheets or acid-resistant stainless steel sheets for automatic scar removal and nodule elimination, thus eliminating the need for traditional scraper devices.
