When operating the fermentation flip machine, the motor reducer driven by a direct coupling method transmits power to a pair of flip wheels, enabling symmetrical turning. The variable speed transfer cart moves horizontally from one side to the other for blind-spot-free operations. Upon completing a lateral shift, the machine then advances longitudinally through the action of a stepper motor, continuing to turn the material horizontally in the opposite direction until the entire material turnover operation is completed.

During the turning operation, the fermenting bacteria come into ample contact with oxygen, ensuring favorable fermentation of the material.

Based on customer requirements, this equipment can be optionally equipped with a fully automatic feeding and discharging system, a segmented intelligent aeration system, and environmental odor removal equipment.

Based on customer needs, the control system of this equipment can implement multi-mode control solutions including manual control, remote controller operation, control from a remote control center, and control via a mobile phone client.
