The 11FFG series aerobic fermentation tanks for organic matter are a high-efficiency, eco-friendly product developed by our company. This equipment makes full use of microbial activity to decompose, mature, and deodorize organic solid waste through continuous high-temperature aerobic fermentation in a sealed space over 5-8 days. The end product is processed into organic fertilizer or nutrient soil for landscaping.

The high-temperature aerobic fermentation process is primarily aimed at the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure, food waste, domestic sludge, and other organic solid wastes, achieving the reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization in the treatment and disposal of solid wastes. High-temperature aerobic fermentation can completely eliminate pathogenic bacteria, insect eggs, and other harmful microorganisms present in organic solid wastes, thereby preventing such harmful substances from entering the soil, thus protecting human health.

Overview of advanced fermentation technology

The compact size of the equipment allows for outdoor installation, eliminating the need for a factory building. It functions as a mobile processing plant, effectively addressing the high costs associated with constructing facilities, long-distance transportation, and centralized treatment;

Sealed treatment guarantees better deodorization and reduced pollution;

With excellent thermal insulation, the equipment isn’t limited by seasonal cold, functioning normally in environments as cold as -20°C;

The fermentation cycle is approximately 5-8 days, with processing capacity scalable by installing additional units;

The tank’s tri-layer structure, with innermost 304 stainless steel, ensures durability against corrosive effects of strong acids and bases, offering a long service life of over 10 years;

Operation and management are simplified by a PLC automatic control system, which automatically turns livestock manure and other raw materials into organic fertilizer, making it easy to learn and operate;

It’s energy-efficient, with a solitary piece of equipment consuming an approximate average of 21KW of power per hour;

The high-temperature bacterial strains can survive and reproduce in a wide temperature range from -25°C to 80°C. The beneficial bacterial colonies they form kill harmful bacteria in the raw materials, a feature unmatched and unsurpassed by competitor equipment.

Technologies:

The 11FFG series aerobic fermentation tank for organic matter is comprised of power drive room, tank body, stirring shaft, feed hopper, feed frame, feeding mechanism, door opening mechanism, discharge door, discharge mechanism, lower blower, thermometer, hydraulic system, and control cabinet (box);

The tank body is designed with a triple-layer structure, with the innermost layer made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. This effectively tackles issues of corrosion from strong acids and alkalis. The sealed design ensures good insulation, making it resistant to cold weather. The tank is designed to function without issue under conditions as low as -10°C;

The operation is straightforward, thanks to the PLC automatic control system. Simply input organic materials like livestock manure and domestic sludge, and the machine automatically processes them into organic fertilizers – easy to learn and operate;

On average, the 11FFG-120 equipment consumes between 21-28 KW of electricity per hour;

Prior to fermentation, high-temperature bacterial strains can be introduced. The equipment is capable of elevating temperatures to levels where bacteria can survive and multiply within the substrate at ranges of 55°C to 65°C. This proliferation of beneficial microorganisms can eliminate harmful pathogens present in the substrate, resulting in its harmless and reduced state post-treatment. Consequently, this process yields premium organic fertilizers or nutrient soil suitable for landscaping;

This equipment effectively tackles the issues of mess, disorder, and inferiority often encountered during the processing of organic solid waste, thus satisfying the environmental requirements of users and garnering positive feedback and recognition from industry peers.
