The WFSC series knife axe type flip machine is a high-efficiency, hydraulically driven, fully automatic integrated trench turning equipment developed by our company. It’s a pivotal kind of equipment for harmless treatment in industries such as livestock breeding and sludge disposal.
The WFSC flip machine features significant benefits including low investment, low energy consumption, quick fertilizer production, and high yield. The equipment incorporates a knife axe type mixing blade. Through continuous aerobic microbial fermentation in the fermentation tank over a period of 10-20 days, large amounts of air (oxygen) are incorporated into the manure during the mixing via operation of the mixing blade, so that the manure undergoes complete fermentation and decomposition. In addition, while the material is being crushed, it also ensures that the size of the final product’s particles is uniform, with over 60% of the particles being in the form of granules with diameters ranging from 4 to 6 mm.
The reproduction of aerobic microorganisms required during the fermentation is influenced by the surrounding environment. The WFSC flip machine is designed with a unique aeration pipeline, allowing for the adjustment of airflow by controlling the aeration time. Initially, a layer of rice husk auxiliary material is laid at the bottom of the aeration trough to prevent the manure from blocking the aeration holes on the aeration pipe. The material is added from the inlet. As the flip machine moves forward while turning the material, the material shifts progressively. Once fermentation is complete, the material is removed from the outlet.
Product technology:
The WFSC flip machine employs an advanced aerobic microbial fermentation process. To facilitate aerobic fermentation, the following conditions must be met:
Moisture content, pH value, and carbon-to-nitrogen ratio should all align with the requirements for material fermentation; typically, high-moisture raw materials are controlled to maintain a water content of 50-65%.
The equipment mixes fermentation bacteria, straw powder, wood shavings, and other auxiliary materials with raw materials for conditioning. The mixture then enters the fermentation tank for flip fermentation.
During the fermentation, the fermentation substrate works with aerobic microorganisms to rapidly reproduce and decompose, thus facilitating fermentation. This process not only reduces organic waste but also evaporates the moisture contained in organic matter, leading to rapid deodorization and a swift increase in temperature. A temperature range of 50-65℃ is the ideal condition for the proliferation of aerobic microorganisms (different substrates may exhibit varying responses), which effectively prevents the generation of harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia during fermentation. After the temperature rises and accelerates the drying of material, it needs to be maintained at a temperature between 55-70°C for more than 5 days.
