Product overview:
The WFFS series drum grading screen is used to classify materials after fermentation. Materials larger than the standard finished particle size enter the pulverizer for re-granulation, while those smaller than the standard size return for re-granulation. Particles that meet the finished product size requirements proceed to the coating machine for subsequent processing.

•The screen mesh is implemented in a modular design, secured by hoops. It features high screening efficiency, low noise, and minimal dust emission.
•The screen mesh is made of SS304 stainless steel, 1.6mm thick, to prevent corrosion and ensure a long service life with minimal maintenance, making it easy to repair and replace when necessary.
•The structure is simple and operation is smooth.
•It’s equipped with a tapping device to prevent material from clogging the screen mesh.
