The WFPD series belt conveyor serves as indispensable intermediate conveying equipment in the production process of organic fertilizer.
Its length must be calculated based on the height and angle of the inlets and outlets of the upstream and downstream organic fertilizer equipment. When conveying uncrushed fermentation raw materials, the conveyor angle should not exceed 18 degrees; for powdered organic fertilizers, the angle should not surpass 22 degrees; and when handling granular organic fertilizers, the angle should remain under 12 degrees.
The drive mechanism for the belt conveyor can be either an electric drum or a motor-driven pulley;
The conveyor drive systems come in three types: fixed bracket type, mobile wheeled type, and parallel caster type;
The belt conveyor is suitable for transporting materials with a bulk density less than 1.67 t/m³ that are easily scooped, such as powders, grains, and small lumps of low-abrasive materials, as well as bagged goods. Examples include coal, crushed stone, sand, cement, fertilizers, and grain, with the temperature of the conveyed material not exceeding 60°C. The application of this equipment has significantly reduced the need for manual labor, reduced energy consumption, and improved production efficiency.
